ABOUT ANDERS R. NAESSET

Starting from a very early age, Anders R. Naesset has always been interested in every form of visual art. His first artform was drawing. Drawing buildings and scenery he learned he had a talent for composition. While his skills with the pencil was limited he had the ability to see. To visualize.

After several years away from art, trying out different things, Anders became more than usual interested in photography. He saw that using a camera, he could record what he had been visualizing all this time to the cameras digital sensor. By being on the right place at the right time he found out that photography had to be his true medium of expressing himself.

Why landscape photography you might ask? Well, besides being into art, Anders was and still is, very much interested in the natural world. The world which can look different from each second. Constantly changing. Often when seeing a beautiful sunset or sunrise he thought to himself, “why not bring a camera?”. And so he did. His love for landscape photography was born.

Since starting up in late 2006, Anders has been progressing and continues to fine-tune his photographic skills. This website is dedicated to the fine art of landscape photography.
